Upscaled FarCry images/textures 4X (and few 2X) with Topaz's A.I. Gigapixel and ESRGAN (various models).
FarCry Upscaled v0.9.8
v0.9.8: Upscaled bump, displacement, and normal maps. And upscaled more textures/images. Only videos and very few textures are left.
v0.9.1: First release.
I don't plan to update v0.9.8 for a long while (unless bugs/glitches are discovered that need fixes).
Unofficial FarCry Patch 1.505 is required.
SilentPatch FarCry (latest version) is optional but recommended.
They fix bugs (such as missing water reflection), and enhance graphics (such as textures looking better).

Install:
Install Unofficial FarCry Patch (required), and SilentPatch FarCry (optional) - in that order.
Create "Mods" folder in FarCry folder (if "Mods" folder doesn't exist).
Extract "FarCry_Upscaled_v0.9.8.7z".
Put "FCUpscaled" folder in FarCry\Mods\ folder - like this "D:\FarCry\Mods\FCUpscaled".
put "system.cfg" file in FarCry\ folder and replace.
put "ZZZScripts150.pak" file in FarCry\FCData\ folder and replace. I modified ZZZScripts150.pak from Unofficial FarCry Patch 1.505 to get save/load system with FarCry Upscaled enabled working.
Launch FarCry via "FCUpscaled.bat" located in FarCry\Mods\FCUpscaled\.

Hi, thx for ur great work.
But I have a problem with the texture pack.
In the level "Rebellion" all the terrain texture is red !
I don't think it's ur texture pack that's cause the bug because I try with only the unofficial patch and the glitch is still here.
Reverted back to the original 1.4 resolve this bug.
edit : I fixed the bug, just need to remove "ZZZScripts150.pak"
How do we enable God mode / cheats with this mod ? Thanks in advance
I'm trying to combine this with FarOut Widescreen (the mod with the FOV slider). How exactly do I do that?
Hey! The next step is....with VRMOD.
I think this Upscaled will be useful since with VRMod we will be looking at the models more up close... what should we do?
