Good job! Looks very believable :) But I do think it may need a bit more clutter- or less space. Also, judging by the wood covering the windows, it may be abandoned- Which means it needs a whole lot more wear and tear.
Nah it looks like it's still operational, but under combine rule. It's rather nice this way, cause it's not too dirty like other source mapping.
Good point :) But if its under Combine rule, I think that occasional combine devices should be scattered around, looking like they are enhancing the systems of the dam.
It should be full of computers, but shomehow they doesn't show ingmae ;/
