- Forgotten: Floating Barge now requires WF + Scrap Yard to build; Chem Slug lingering damage effect changed
- CSM: Landing Barge now immune to veins
- all: Tier 1 AA towers have new weapon effect
- all: Mobile Shipyards available; deploy in water to create a shipyard
- all: the Cheater! infantry no longer shows up as a starting unit in MP
- all: superweapon structures no longer buildable (GDI Ion Cannon Uplink, Nod Missile Silo, Forgotten Missile Silo, CSM Missile Silo); the lobby toggle for Superweapons now only affects Tech structures captured on the map
- corrections to "Guarded Buildings" list to fix omitted structures
