Simple, but effective effect.
It would be better if the held the weapon upwards instead of down, as its easier to pull the weapon down, than get it back up.

Tell you the truth people can actually sprint faster then in games. It would literally take you 1- 1.5 seconds to get in and out of the room while sprinting.
true, but it can be harder to run as fast if you have on heavy equipment.
Run could be slowed down a bit, and it could use a better animation. But cool.
Watch the last 10 seconds, then you know how it should look like ;)
That's a very realistic way of running, imO.
really nice, but will the player run this fast? Oh ****, make it run a bit slower, but not so as in COD 4 and 6.
That's the default HL2 sprint ;_;
