This is my first mod and is based on the universe of EvE Online and gives the player the oppurtunity to conquer the Eve universe commanding fleets of ships from the 4 major factions. You'll pick one of the major factions to play as and be able to unlock the other factions ships as you progress and conquer the relevant planets so you'll be able to have fleets of all your favourite eve online ships. This is a space only mod so there will be no land combat. Bit of a skirmish with amarr vs amarr, once you get to level 4 and 5 its all about the battleships. It was a very close match as each side had battleships constantly coming into the fray, with the smaller battlecruisers adding quite abit to the mix. it did take 3 of them to take down 1 apocalypse battleship. as soon as the dreadnaught entered the battle it ripped apart the crippled Armageddon.
Dreadnaught looks good, but weren't they bigger compared to battleships?
yes in eve their MUCH bigger for the engine and so its a useable unit i have scaled the dreads and carriers down consierably to be jusr bigger than battleships..... otherwise it'd be like having half adozen SSD sized ships on screen all at once, which doesnt seem practical to me.
