Europe in Ruins is a modification for Company of Heroes that converts the game into a MMORTT. Units are purchased and managed via the launcher program and transferred into the game for battle. After the battle, the units are automatically updated, units lost are removed from your company, units surviving have their experience levels updated. Best of all, the modification does not affect your Company of Heroes or Opposing Fronts installation or your ability to play the original game with the modification installed!

The Europe in Ruins team is happy to announce our largest update since the Reinforcement update.

Version 0.0.6 is here folks and it's just a starting point in the content that the team will be delivering to our community over the next couple of weeks. Check out the list below for the full details of the patch changes.

Doctrines
added Doctrines to Launcher!
this is a work in progress, and each ability will be designated as complete or incomplete.
These will be added through hotfixes.

* You will gain a PP amount depending on who you play, win or lose.
* New Starting Resources:
  8000 MP, 1800 Mun, 1200 F
* Repair removed from the game, all vehicles now have a repair kit upgrade
   (Ranging from 10 - 150 Mun, 1 use)

Repair Changes

1. Repair was removed from all units. This also means the Repair Bunker & Bergetiger was removed.
(For now, it may be coming back later)

2. Each vehicle has the ability to purchase a repair kit, the repair kit's repair rates are based on the unit type.
200 HP for light vehicles. 400 HP for medium vehicles. 600 HP for heavier vehicles. 1000 HP for extra heavy vehicles.

3. The repair kit costs vary from 10 Mun to 150 Mun, based on the unit. They only have one use but there's doctrines that expand this.

4. When triggered in game, your vehicle will be practically immobile and will reload significantly slower.
The repair durations are 60s/120s/180s/240s. Time it wisely.

Obviously this is all one big test, we expect and hope that you provide constructive feedback during the trial period rather than just bashing it. A lot of these modifiers and details are still subject to alteration, it is the community that can have a large impact on its future.

In Game Art Changes

 - User Interface has been re-skinned and updated
 - Menu Screen has been updated, now includes 3 new backgrounds
 - Platoon Buttons now no longer stand in icons.
 - Many other tweaks

Launcher changes

A rework of the level system has been implemented.
each level is 100 points above the last, level 1: 100, level 2 : 200, level 3 : 300, etc... except for the 200pnts needed between 7th and 8th.

eg, Im rank 5, playing a rank 3 TEAM
my modifiers are:
2 - 5 = -3 * 20% (60%) = 40% of win, loss, pp gain.

The last question to answer is, WHY DO I NEED TO GAIN XP and LEVEL?
In order to unlock your doctrine tiers, and advantage tiers, you need a corresponding xp rank as follows:
