From the creator of revolutionary EU3 mods such as Vic2inEU3, the Syrian Civil War mod, and more, a fresh and new take on the modern era is brought forth in Europa Modernis: Turn of the Century. The mod takes inspiration from March of the Eagles: EvW and uses cutting-edge mechanics to present a simple, fun, and dynamic modern-day experience. This is EU3, loaded up with all the QoL essentials necessary to simulate modern warfare, with a simple and engaging system of new governments, civil wars and rebels.

Hey! I have the v3.2 NCFK version of the game,but the mod gets stuck at 'Creating Borders'.If I try then to close the game I get a pop-up saying 'The working directory doesn't seem to be correct'.Any suggestions?
PS:I haven't encountered this problem with your previous mods.
This problem was fixed when the user swapped to a new PC, presumably it was a PC-related issue with the OS itself
