Hybrid Combat text fix download

This is a fix for those who already downloaded the mod (thank you, by the way!),

I have finally found the correct tools for editing ingame text.
Now all the weapons have very correct descriptions and some statistics in their respective pages.

Also, took the liberty of modifying some of game hints you get during loading times.

Simply copy over your installation game directory, merge folders and replace files when asked.

You don't need to run entitlements exe, simply run the game and have fun! :)
