V0.93 is upon us very soon, reintroducing Eldar and Orks into the game. Although many changes were made, here are some of the more important ones:


  • Weapon APD has been reworked to accompany future weapons with an Armour Piercing of 5. The first deteriorate value for weapons with an AP of 1 or more will be 88% instead of 97%. This means that weapons with an AP of 4 will do 88% to an armour level of 5 while weapons with an AP of 5 will do 100% to that armour level.
  • Mortality morale has been decreased universally. Squad morale from unit death will drop to zero only if all members of the squad are dead, preventing squads from having their morale break when most of the units are initially killed. Guardsmen are the exception to this rule. The duration of broken morale was decreased by 2 seconds for IG and Chaos squads.
  • Speed buff from melee charging increased from 10% to 20% for all standard units.
  • The Chaplain will increase the health of every member of an attached squad by 100 hitpoints. Demoralize speed reduction of 80% reduced to 20%.
  • The Terminator's Crux Terminatus damage reduction buff increased from 10% to 15%.
  • Land Speeder Tempest Frag Launcher and Missile Launcher weapon upgrades removed and replaced with an already equipped Tempest Salvo Launcher: AP of 3 and Strength of 3 with AoE damage. Range decreased from 45 to 35.
  • Cultists can now use the Doom Blast ability, available after the Desecrated Fortress add-on: Inflicts 70 morale damage to nearby enemies and instantly restores Cultist morale. A.I. will now use this ability to break their enemy's morale.
  • Buffed Cultist melee damage from Furious Charge Research to 35% and Chaos Marine melee damage to 20%. Cultists also have increased health.
  • Corrected the Chaos Marine Missile Launcher from dealing AoE damage and should now deal damage to a single target instead.
  • Raptor Fearsome Visage morale damage of 1 decreased to 0.2 every second per Raptor. Fearsome Visage now prevents nearby enemy morale from regenerating to allow this low morale drain to remain effective.
  • Increased the health of Chaos Horrors.
  • Decreased the squad cap of Possessed Marines from 4 to 3.
  • Due to the fast speed and range of Hell Talons, health was decreased slightly and Autocannon and Twin-Linked Lascannon weapon damages decreased by 20%.
  • Chaos Predator left and right Lascannon costs have increased to the same price as the Twin-Linked Lascannon as these weapons have very similar damages and are more effective compared to the Space Marine Predator's Lascannons.
  • Guardsmen can be equipped with Flamers: Flamers deal more damage than Grenade Launchers and also receive double the damage after Weapon Specialization has been researched. Grenade Launcher damage reduced slightly.
  • Commissars are no longer built from the Field Command. Instead, Guardsmen can now requisition Commissars as leaders alongside Sergeants. A.I. will requisition one of each leader into their Guardsmen squads. Priest and Psyker squad limits have been decreased from 4 to 3 per unit to balance this.
  • Summary Execution no longer buffs Lasgun and Hellgun weapons, as this buff would globally affect every weapon on the map. Instead, nearby squads whose morale is lost can be taken control again after its use. A.I. now uses this ability to restore morale instead of using it to increase squad damage.
  • Severely reduced the damage of Leman Russ Battle Cannons.
  • Ogryn and Heavy Weapons Team health increased slightly.
  • Increased Lasgun damage bonus from Improved Power Cell Research from 20% to 25%.
  • Vindicare Assassin squad cap decreased from 3 to 2, allowing IG players to requisition an additional Guardsmen squad when maxed out.
  • Shuriken Grav Platforms and Brightlance Grav Platforms are no longer built from the Webway Gate. Instead, Guardians can now requisition these vehicles into their ranks with no required support cap. A.I. will randomize which platform they will requisition into their Guardian squad.
  • The morale damage behavior of the Howling Banshee's War Shout has been adjusted. The ability will instead drain consistent morale for 5 seconds, causing 50 morale damage total to all enemies within a radius of 10 near the Exarch. Enemies within a 30 radius will suffer 15 morale damage total. War Shout also doubles the Banshee's charge radius and increases their morale.
  • Harlequin are now a squad that can requisition up to eight players. Dance of Death was removed due to glitchy behavior but the squad can melee leap passively and continue doing so every 10 seconds per charge. Harlequin's Kiss can no longer insta-kill a single target and cause knockback. Instead, it deals high damage with an AP of 1 and Strength of 1. Only one Harlequin Troupe can be fielded.
  • Fire Dragon Fusion Guns are the exception to the APD rule where their weapons do only half the armour piercing damage to infantry, based on their Assured Destruction rule. Fire Dragon squad cap was increased from 2 to 3.
  • The Farseer's Witchblade can be replaced with a Singing Spear after the Farseer Hero Upgrade has been researched. This weapon has a chance to stun enemies and disable combat. Due to the Farseer's weapons being very weak, her special attacks deal AoE psychic damage akin to Plasma Gun APD instead of using her weapon's APD.
  • Holo-Fields research no longer increase vehicle health but instead give Eldar vehicles a 20% damage reduction bonus. Wraithlords are exempt from this benefit as their high toughness allows them to remain extremely durable.
  • The Avatar no longer increases squad cap by 4 and support cap by 10. Instead, all Howling Banshee melee weapons are increased by 25%.
  • Slugga Boy and Stormboy squad loadout decreased from 15 squad members total to 10.
  • Meganobz and the Warboss now cost 3 pop per unit. All units, researches and abilities have their required pop increased by 5.
  • Squiggoth's Big Zappa is an exception to the APD rule as the weapon will use 100% of its strength value. Instead, the weapon's minimum damage is 0. The weapon now deals AoE damage.
