Unique passives Thread - Redux Mod for Dawn of War

Eldar and tau need more unique abilities, like banshees are flexible warriors,melee dodge passive would be nice,wyches have and banshees not, i love this new mechanic.
Also, can u add hardpoints to riptide, those twin plasma rifles under burst cannon? In unification they are active
P.S Please if u dont mind what app u use to config .whe files, i added in redux new fire prism that fires only focused shots,and cant add "buildup" fx to it,always shows this pink cube damn
