Currently in the process of doing balance changes with Space Marines after having their entire catalog of weapons and abilities now working under the new armour system. Balancing everything with the tabletop rules however has proved to be quite difficult for a real time scenario and it can be summed up by two weapons in particular that are causing the most issues: The Missile Launcher and Lascannon. Weapons intended to be for anti-vehicle purposes need to have insanely high damage values for them to be remotely effective against vehicles and because of this, they outshine other weapon choices like plasma guns and heavy bolters (to a degree) as they can pretty much kill any single infantry units. The intended downside to these weapons is that they're extremely expensive, take a long time to fire, and can only target one enemy at a time. I'm still looking into how I can best balance this out either by further extending the reload time of powerful weapons or increasing the cap of vehicles even further. I might even look into exporting models and extending reload animations so they better play out with the new reload times. Just know that the delays in this update are making sure the new gameplay mechanics actually work properly.

And it is possible to make the RL and the LC to have a low accuracy against infantry? This is for balance purposes.

That is incredibly desirable but unfortunately DoW has no such feature. Luckily I found a way to manage this issue by decreasing all heavy vehicle's overall armour from 100 to 90, which makes the anti-vehicle weapons have way more of an impact without cranking up the damage values to the extreme. The reload time was also a lot higher and hard-to-kill vehicles take way longer to build so they aren't as spammable. Overall, everything plays a LOT better now.
