Epoch Mod is a hybrid of genres with elements of science fiction and horror. Epoch is set in the year 2035, just two years after a massive world wide extinction. The exact cause is unknown and the only people left are clones with no memory of the past. Documents found in the world tell a us that before the mass extinction event, The largest technology corporation had made great breakthroughs. This technology changed the world in many ways and is thought to be the cause of the extinction. Those that remain are left with remnants of a once technological society. Try to survive, build, or explore your way through the harsh dynamic environment.

epoch coming from its success on arma 2 has brought a lot over from that mod is now working on making it better in arma 3 , while it has a ways to go all the frame work is in place .

Despite having the same name as the ArmA II DayZ mod, Epoch, the only thing in similarity is the building, trading and the same brilliant developers.
The best addition I have ever seen to set this mod apart from the DayZ mod is the replacement of the old boring zombies with these new threatening monsters. No longer will you have to deal with the bothersome zombies always clinging to you and glitching through walls. Now you have a much bigger threat. And they open doors too .-.
Despite still being in alpha this mod definitely gets a 10/10. It may be lacking in some features but those are sure to come and I can't wait for them.
