Even though the 3 species were not officialy engaged in war in some corners of the galaxy small groups were still fighting for territories and planetary domination. During that time the Terrans invested a lot of money into research while trying to enhanced their units capabilities.
After a few months of succesfull experiments with nano technology there was a critical mallfunction which caused a nuclear explosion at one of the research stations. When hearing the news Kerrigan ordered the Zerg to launch a massive bio-chemical attack agains the rest of the research stations but it didn't had the results Kerrigan hoped for.
Instead of dying from chemical viruses the scientists's brain's started mutating and they became super evolved humans with a huge intelligence level. So they restarted the experiments and managed to introduce nano technology in the blood stream and hart of Marines and the results were very satifying.
In the end the scientists enhanced the fighting capabilities of terran units... but it wasn't the end. Using their brand new units to raid a few Protoss Cibernetics Cores the Terrans stole the blueprints for Plasma Shields.
After the succesfull raid of the Terrans the Protoss used camouflage and tricks to steal the NanoTechnology blueprints from Terran research stations which were not properly guarded and started to train new units with the newly aquired technology.
In this time Kerrigan stood back and tried to explain herself why her attack didn't killed the scientists and instead made them smarter so she kidnapped a group of scientists and after controling their minds she got her hands on the NanoTechnology which she new nothing about....And this is the end !
Changes: all units had their HP enhanced
all terran units & buildings have shields
there is no Food Supply Limitation
units had their weapon statistics enhanced
Weapons,Armour,Shield upgrades have a maximum upgrade level of 13
Terran Bunkers can load 8 infantry men and are detectors
Protoss STS and STA cannons are more powerfull and can have their weapons upgraded (by Protoss ground weapons upgrade and Protoss air weapons upgrade)
Terran Missile Turret is more powerfull, can shoot ground targets and can receive weapon upgrades (by Terran vehicle weapons upgrade)
Zerg Sunken Collony and Spore Collony are detectors and can have their weapons upgrated (by Zerg Missile Attacks and Zerg Flyer Attacks upgrades)
-Zerg Guardian now can shoot air targets
-Protoss Corsair can shoot air units
-Terran vulture has TwinAutocannon as weapon instead of Fragmentation Grenade
-Terran Marine,Battlecruiser have bioThermal scanners meaning they are detectors/ Zerg Hidralisk, Guardian have heat seeking pits (like snakes) meaning they are detectors/ Protoss Scout, Dragoon have advanced bioThermal sensors meaning they too are detectors.
-Some spelland upgrades have been modified: Mind Control can be used at a bigger range and costs less (25 energy if i remember correctly)
Cloaking takes less energy (25 for both Ghost and Wraith)
Siege Tank upgrade costs 100Minerals/100Gas instead of 150Minerals/150Gas and it needs less time to be completed
Scanner Sweep uses 25 energy per cast
Changed the cost of weapon / armor/ carapace upgrades: Level 1 costs 50Minerals/50Gas and i also changed the rest of the upgrades tree !
All organic units (plus a few other non-organic which i like) and heroes (even if they are non-organic) can regenerate their HP !
And i can't remember if there's anything else !
IMPORTANT, READ THIS !!
-In the Antigan Revolution Mission you will not be able to succeed beacause most of your Marines will be killed before you get to the Antigan base and if you atempt to attack the enemy base defence from the Antigan base with Kerrigan and Raynor you will loose both of them and the mission will be failed !
- there are 2 ways to succeed: 1. Enter the god cheat code (even though i don't like sugesting the use of cheat codes) and after you killed the enemy's that were at the Antigan base entrance you can disable the cheat code !
2. At the beggining of the mission you can enter the skip level cheat code to win the mission without even playing (i like the 1 way better cuz you have the chance to acctually play the mission :) )
-In the mission folowing the Antigan Revolution (the one in which you have to protect the crashed Norad II Battlecruiser you won't have a chance because the Sunken Collonies will shoot (and destroy) the Terran Goliath, Marines, Bunkers, SCVs and eventually Norad II.
Again there are 2 ways to succeed, they are the same as in the Antigan Revolution Mission: use God cheatcode to clear all the Sunken Collonies surrounding Norad II and after doing so you can disable the cheat code or you can use the skip level cheat code ! Just like above, i like the 1st way cuz you acctually have the chance to play the mission.
I don't know if there are mission like these two (missions in which the extended range of units/base defences give you trouble in the beggining of the mission) and i haven't even completed the Terran Campaign, i have 2 or 3 more missions and i'll finish it but i will play all campaigns and i will report if there are any missions that give you problems at the start !

Well, first i must say that these maps are NOT MADE BY ME !!...they're original maps from Blizzard (every one who has StarCraft has these) but these maps...
After tweaking the Patch_rt.mpq file and uploading it to moddb...then tweaking it some more and uploading to to moddb as another version i finally stopped...
