Wouldn't it be better to make all those details with normal maps?
Well my reasoning for not putting them in normal map was simply because the scratches were intended to be light surface abrasion. Still trying to find the right balance.
I mean why dont you bake normal maps from this high poly model to a low poly model? The details like the handles are awesome but I fear that it is just unecessary.
