Thirteenth release - 08/03/12 - Point the installer to your company of heroes folder. The installer will make a shortcut on your desktop. Will overwrite any previous installation - does not effect base CoH game. Requires the latest version of Company of Heroes to be installed - works with any of the expansions.

Will overwrite any previous installation - does not effect base CoH game. Requires the latest version of Company of Heroes to be installed - works with any of the expansions.

PATCH NOTES:
- Fixed a bug where the Grease Gun upgrade would not show up.
- Grease Guns now renamed to Assault Package, and now provides 3 grease guns and 2 shotguns - instead of 5 grease guns. Shotguns have incredibly short ranges, but do heavy damage, even while on the move.
- Allied officer now uses the american officer skin.
- The Veteran Sergeant upgrade now has an icon associated with it, and the upgrade uses a different icon.
- Volkssturm / Fire Support rifles damage increased from 10.5 => 12.5, medium range decreased from 28 to 20, and short range decreased from 16 to 12.
- Fire Support teams have a new rifle model.
- Fixed a strange lack of water on a section of Semois.
- Veterancy level 2 on command squads now gives 60 munitions instead of 40.
- Command Tanks now correctly give munitions at veterancy level 2.
- Mechanized Infantry is now correctly known as Motorized Infantry.
- Transport trucks now have the Field Repair Truck upgrade, allowing them to lock down and provide repairs to nearby vehicles.
- Transport trucks cost increased to 20 from 15, population cost reduced to 2 pop from 3, health increased to 195 from 175, build time reduced to 10 from 16, and speed increased to 8.5 from 8.
- Added the Off-Map Combat Group ability to Motorized Infantry as a purchasable off-map.
- The Mechanized Command Squad is now known as the Motorized Command Squad.
- The Motorized Officer will no longer come on the field chasing after his ride.
- Fixed an exploit and a major bug with the Motorized Officer. Unfortunately this means that he can no longer leave the vehicle. He may also now capture points at half the rate of a normal command squad.
- The Medical Supplies doctrine now causes all riflemen/volksgrenadier, engineer/pioneer, and ranger/grenadier squads to gain veterancy at a slightly increased rate.
- Starting Manpower increased to 450 from 400.
- Double clicking on units should now give more reasonable results.
- Demolitions now unlocks a single buildable howitzer.
- Demo Charge munition cost increased from 15 to 20.
- The Medical Supplies and Medic Station doctrines have been combined, and a new doctrine, Fire Support, has been added. The off-map howitzer support has been moved up to Munitions ready, making it available to both the Fire Support and Weapons Stockpile doctrines.
- LMG Suppressive Fire ability duration reduced to 8 seconds from 15.
- LMG damage reduced to 7.5 from 10.
- Bren Carrier / Infantry Halftrack damage reduced to 9 from 10, and suppression increased to 0.0032 from 0.0027 at long range and 0.0063 from 0.0055 at medium range.
- The Mortar Halftrack's health has been increased to 145 from 120, and speed increased to 5.5 from 4.
- Fixed a bug where Panzer Elite paratroopers couldn't be called in.
- Armored Cars now have a 1.55 accuracy modifier against support weapons, with a 0.66 damage modifier, making them much more reliable at taking out enemy mortars, as is intended.
- Armored Cars now have a 0.75 damage modifier against the Motorized Command Squad and a 1.0 damage modifier against jeeps and motorcycles.
- Bazookas and Panzershreks have a 0.6 damage modifier against the Motorized Command Squad.
- Sticky Bombs now have a 0.4 damage modifier against the Motorized Command Squad.
- Made an effort to optimize AI opponents. This will continue in further patches.
- The grace period at the start of the game has been shortened to 20 seconds.

Tried this with the Steam relaunch version. I assume that is the problem. When I try a game, I can't produce anything besides my command squad, although the computer somehow manages to produces whatever it wants. Any thoughts on this?
