Enderal - The Shards of Order is a total conversion in development for Skyrim and the sequel to Nehrim: At Fate's Edge. The story of Enderal is not set in the Elder Scrolls world of Tamriel, but takes place in its own universe, creating a new, interesting world completely unrelated to Skyrim.
The leaves bother me, like they are to closely bunched in the texture.
I can't really tell, but I'm guessing the leaves are on a single flat plane. Change it up, curve it and add some rotational variation.
Agreed, they can still use some work but they are much better than before.
I actually really like it; it keeps it from being too noisy, and the trees in the background look slightly cartoonish and very beautiful.
One reason I expect this to be more immersive than Skyrim is because of how much variety there seems to be in the environments. Skyrim did a decent job of making as much variety as possible when you're talking about a land supposed to be just snow and stones, but the setting itself just didn't lend to much variety. With this mod, I see traditional dense forests, but also some areas looking more like beaches, desolate mountainsides, magical forests, etc. Loving it.
