New Cincinnati is a city and quest mod for New Vegas that allows you to join a reclusive sect of the Enclave Remnant that has begun a new and improved plot to reclaim America in the name of Freedom and Liberty. Based on the principles of the real-life Society of the Cincinnati, the Enclave Department of the Army has stepped into shadow-leadership of the newly established town of New Cincinnati with the goal of making a city-state, then a nation great enough that they can hand power back over to the populace and return to their original state: being America's Army. Two companions and an optional Battle Cat component are yours to discover, though the Enclave won’t give up their secrets easily.
One of the central tenets of New Cincinnati is plausible deniability. No one is to know the true backers of the city. As such, above ground, they maintain that they are simply a successful Vault. For the most part, there's no reason to question this.
