Cannot get file to even open to install mod. No readme with download and even if there was for some reason I cannot open this zipped.exe. Other mods open fine except for this one. Dont really know what the problem is but cannot find anything on it. Sorry for the low score, but if I cannot get this to even install right the first time, it gets a low score for crappy .exe.
