You are Ego - a young boy born with a pair of wings - who is destined to die, to ward off an evil prophecy. Captured and imprisoned in a terrible fortress miles above your village, you await execution. Through freak coincedence, the fortress is attacked and you are set free. With the aid of a mysterious ally, you must fight, climb, and sneak your way to freedom.
