Ed Mod for Half-Life

Ed Mod, is a simple modification of the Half-Life engine. The idea behind the mod is for me to gain some experience in all aspects of mod creation. The mod does not aim to bring any new breakthroughs in gameplay at this point but does aim to be as fun as it can be.

The mod has no story or background to it. Currently, the mod takes place around my life. The characters will be different variations of myself and the locations that the mod will be set in will be taken from my life. One thing to note is that the weapons of the mod have no relivence to my life whatsoever, as i chose not to run around shooting guns at people when i can avoid it. Speaking of guns, planned guns include:

Sword - A "Crowbar Replacement" style weapon, Planned to have a secondary stab function

Pistol - basic pistol, switch between single and burst fire

Shotgon - simple shotgun, one fire mode

Machine gun

Crossbow

Blade Shooter - shoots circular blades which deflect off walls for a certain amount of time

Laser gun - single blast or beam

Chinese Throwing star

Grapple hook

All of this is subject to change, (with the possible exception of me running around shooting guns at people)
