There is no Cold War GDR NVA forces present in the screenshots. This is yet another generic WWII mission.

I have read the readme file for the mod, but the part regarding sound and music is written in very bad English that makes little sense. My best guess was that those files/folders should be put into sound and music packs from the game resources folder but it did not work, tried it in several ways. Your message is written too in poor English, similar to that readme file but at least i can understand what you mean.
By the way, this is the text from readme:

If anyone can make sense of it I would be grateful for help, played lots of mods for MOWAS but it was never so hard to make the mod work...
