The first thing when opening a mod, you must decide what really you're going to do in it. For the start, here's the first public Harkonnen unit-list:

>Barracks<

- Light Infantry, equipped with sub-machineguns, can fire on move, cralw and hide in infantry defences. Also, after upgrade can trow grenades. But in general not very good
- Anti-tank trooper, has a bazooka with large but slow warhead, better vs. tanks but can be used against aircraft also. Can be re-equipped with personal plasma cannon
- Engineer, armed with a sub-machinegun, other remains the same
- Heavy Troops, with rottary gattling cannons and battlefield exosceleton costumes. Tough guys
- Flamethrowerer, now go in battlefield defensive costumes

>Factory<

- Buzzsaw, a light armored and armed, fast vehicle with a blade-whell, than can slice infantry. Uneffective using its machinegun.
- Ram Jeep, a light vehicle heavier, better armored and equipped by default with missile launchers. By upgrade can get in addition an AA machine-gun, a flamethrower or an anti-infantry grenade-launcher. After getting Elite Status gets advanced blades surrounding the armor

- Assault Tank, old en' good tank, but now with rotating turret, stronger gun and ability to be upgraded with reactive armor
- Demon Tank, the new incarnation of Flame Tank.
- AA Tank, a platform with automatic all-use canons. Especially good vs. air
- Katyusha, the replacement for the Missile tank, it has selectable charges (explosive, napalm or chem)
- Inkwine Trebuchet, totally new Catapukt capable of firing 3 charges of chemicals simultaneosly

- T-935 "Moskwa", the heavy support tank with 3 turrets on it. Slow and not really awesome armored, but it's firepower and choice of canon equipping compensates that.
- Devastator Mk.1, no need to explain what's this. Armed with 2 plasma cannons and can be upgraded with reactive armor and sam launcher

- Devastator Mk.2, heavy 3-legged walking mech, slow but almost uncrushable. Is an ultimate unit and can be build in the end of the game and only in one simultaniosly. Has selectable weapons.
- Death Hand Mobile Launcher, the other ultimate unit, launches 2 Death Hands missiles (under discussion)
- Hellbringer, also a possible but not certain ultimate unit, a tank platform with 4 flame cannos of different purposes and a flame-spreading thing to burn land.

>Hangar<

- Lodya Battleship, the heavy ornithopter with anti-ground missiles and anti-air gattling cannon. Can also deliver 5 troops through air
- "Amursk" fighter, Harkonnen specialized anti-air unit, much faster than the Lodya, but tottaly uselles vs. ground.
- War Blimp, very heavy and armored infantry\troop transport. As a bonus, can be equipped with a powerful plasma cannon
- AA Platform from the Emperor remains the same..

It will be done, the reason I haven't done this, is that only few people are interested in CnC-3 mods, before the release of CnC-3 itself. I predicate the mod will have succes among the public in just half a year later
