Dream of magic is a Hexen singleplayer mod for GZdoom v1.1.0 (also possible with ZDoom 2.2.0). This modification brings you new monsters, weapons and maps (textures, sounds, monsters and weapons from Raven's HexenII). This is the 1st episode of what I expect to be a large saga.
A better version of Hexen, with same amount of Hexen's defining features.
There are too few Hexen maps around. But even if this wasn't the case, this is a genuine Hexen experience -- and then some. Read books, catch obscure references, fight like hell, use custom classes, custom weapons, custom monsters and bosses. If you liked Hexen, you will like this. And if you liked Doom, you will like this more than Hexen!
A good effort to bring different gameplay to the game, however it is stil lacking. Since this MOD is dead, a 7 is as high as I can go.
