Dragon Age 2: Re-Imagined is how the game should have been done. Personally I am focusing on a Re-Texture of as much of the game as I have time for. With the landscape done (and tested), I am working on male armor. I am ready to release the landscape in a Beta form right now. I am also going to post the male armor (clothing is categorized as armor in DA2) as an open Alpha Test. Anyone downloading this will be volunteering to be an Alpha tester - so if you see problems you have to take a screen shot and send it to me (so I can fix it).
This mod reminds me of the Dragon Age: Origins Improved Atmosphere mod without the constant game crashes. The terrain textures really impressed me. The ground looks so crisp, no bloches of pixel everywhere. The HR armor textures are some of the best I've seen from any mod. I greatly prefer this HR mod over Aegrus' Ultimate HD mod. Which changed the environment, making it feel like another game that isn't Dragon Age 2. And that mod is no longer available online.
My only complaint is that the faces are not included in the HR textures. I do love how I can see the freckles on Isabela's skin much clearer. But it reminds me more of KP and not freckles (I don't care I love it). Also there are some spots where the walls (Hawke Estate) are lower quality compared to the pretty, pretty floors. Damn those floors look nice!
