Hi, I am working on my combine base / proto citadel. this is early work, but this is what I could share for now.
Okay I have finally found out how the combine "base" should be. Since the game is called down under, your mission is to get to the combine core underneath the earth.
but what you and the rest of the rebel group you were with at the start of the game, did not know that the combine already finished building the underground part of the so called “proto citadel” and they are now building what seems to be a very tall structure in the middle of the city.
nice, very accurate to the game's looks :)
