Doom64 Absolute Perdition (A Modification Of Kaiser's Doom 64 The Absolution) requires Doom 64 Absolution and a doom2.wad file to run. This mod was remade from scratch from the DEF files and cfg file that come with Doom 64 The Absolution. I gave the monsters melee attacks and overhauled the weapons, among many other changes. All instructions and proper credits are included in this zip file. How To Install : Before installation it is a good idea to start up Doom The 64 Absolution and start a new game, if for nothing else than to know that it is working properly before you install my mod. You may also want to backup your original Bin folder before installing Doom64 Absolute Perdition. Will Not Run With Newer Versions Of Doomsday! It Will Only Work With Kaiser's Doom 64 The Absolution!
Place the new Bin folder from D64APv1.zip (and your doom2.wad) into your main Doom64 Absolution folder, replacing all 4 files. The folders should merge, you shouldn't lose more than the 4 old files.
*Story
3 years and 9 failed rescue missions to Mars have not seen a single marine return. They were all sent in to find a lone survivor, dubbed the Doom Slayer by some of the younger marines. He is said to have found a portal to Hell on Mars and was trying to shut it down so that no demons could find their way through the portals and back to Earth. There have been numerous reports of increasing demonic activity around the Earth gates. You have been trained in the latest combat techniques and with the latest advanced weaponry. You must follow the path of The Doom Slayer and seal the gates of Hell once and for all!
* Weapons
1.Fists Of Rage - You are a kung fu master with a pair of old fasioned leather sap gloves!
1. Double Bladed Death Saw - A double bladed chainsaw that fires at double speed!
2. Desert Eagle - Has a much faster firing rate and is also very accurate!
3. Lever Action Shotgun - Fires more than double the number of pellets as a regular shot gun!
3. 10 guage Double Barreled Shotgun - Fires shots that can penetrate through multiple targets!
4. Grenade Launcher - Fires a grenade in an arc that does more damage than a regular rocket!
5. RPG Launcher - Fires fast rockets at a fast rate, trades extra damage for long range shots!
6. Pulse Rifle - An extremely fast and very accurate assault rifle, controllable burst fire!
7. Barrel Fragmentation Gun - Teleports an explosive barrel in front of you then launches it!
8. Infernal Death Bringer - A demonic weapon that engulfs your enemies in the flames of hell!
* Monsters
Zombie - Shoots a rifle and hits you with it if you get to close, some of them may play dead and end up shooting you later.
Undead Space Marine - These doomed space marines blast you with a shotgun, but always save their last bullet for you. Now, that is some tough armor.
Plasma Demon - Looks just like a regular demon but it spits plasma energy at you, it's also tougher and faster than a regular demon.
Demonic Troll - Looks like a green demon but it is tougher and slower, it also spits globs of acid at you.
Vengeful Spirit - These flying skulls shoot fireballs at you and can be walked through, they will also try to latch on to you with their teeth.
Cyber Revenant - A cyborg revenant that is tougher and faster, it is also programmed to self destruct upon death, watch out for debris.
Cyber Chaingunner - A cybernetic zombie with a chaingun. Programmed to explode upon death but can be "opened up" by doing overkill damage.
Hell Imp - A nearly invisible imp that is tough as hell and does not bother to shoot fireballs, it would rather tear you apart with it's claws.
Vile Geist - A ghostly form of an Arch Vile, it can be walked through and is very tough. Stay out of it's line of sight after it attacks.

i feel like this mod could of been better off made for the Doom 64 EX version, or even for like 1 of those other Doom 64 mods made for Doom II
It could have been better if I made a mod for Doom64Ex or BrutalDoom64 but, I was not using DoomBuiler. I was editing the Doomsday Engine because it was a fun way to learn how Doom worked. Some day I would like to make a Doom64 mod with DoomBuilder from scratch or using one of the good D64 mods as a base. Thank you for the input!
