DOOM Infinite Demo v.0.977.1 (Hotfix).
PK3 file inside the ZIP. GZDoom 4.8.2 or higher required.
Installation:
- download and unzip
- drag and drop on gzdoom.exe or use a mod launcher
- (optional) use the infinite.ini to save time on configuring the game
Changelog:
- fixed total completed maps not being reset on progress reset
- UAC bot (powerups) no longer go into walls while orbiting
- dropping Active Items by using the drop keybind no longer prevents them from being picked up again
- small UI fixes for the Death Screen
- got rid of two possible stuck spots on E2M4
- improvement to rotation map picking to prevent from looping one map under certain conditions
- fixed an issue if the player would die and resurrect in a secret room, being unable to leave
- fixed one of the secrets not having a proper exit switch script
- added Software Renderer as an error report to Nerdy Imp

No offence intended but there is a stark difference between a scaling difficulty and starting only your second level stuck in damaging acid rain in an area with no immediate shelter. So my run ends at the start of the second level due to an unfair spike in the difficulty.
Thanks for the input! Even if this is designed to be a hard mod we're still working on balancing various things in it.
I totally love this mod. I'm not a hardcore doom player or anything but I'm having a blast playing it.
This is amazing. Probably the closeset we will get to a doom rougelike.
