For 1.1b, you just have to download part 1 if you already have part 2.
where do you put the mod? in the rome 2 directory?
You only need to download Part 2 once for 1.1. Most updates (1.1c, etc.) will only update Part 1.
The Mod Manager says there are 7 conflicts between the two parts (1 and 2), and when i run it, it auto-crashes at the very beginning.

Crashes at launch are either:
1. Mod conflict (even if not activated, mods in data folder can conflict)
2. Bad install of game
3. Wrong version of game (requires patch 17)
The mod is also available on TWC forums and Steam.

Hi! I have downloaded both 1.1d part 1 and 2, i put the files in data folder and activated with mod manager and the games starts; but there is a problem: a lot of new features are missing like new starts for Roman Republic, Seleucid faction etc. For example: in the grand campaign faction selection i see that the Roman Republic should have all the province of Italia but there is still the Etruscan League when i start. Pls can u help me? sorry for my bad english anyway.

I have now the mod manager....thanks to twcenter tru dresden article...but when I run the mod...it says 7 conflicts....it seems 7 lines in the 2 parts are the same when i view it.....rome 2 wont load and crashes at the opening....how to correct this? Pls help.....
