Divergences of Darkness Rework is a reworked version of the Divergences of Darkness created over the past few years (since 2017) with the mod going into full production in early 2020. This version of the mod has the intent to rework major regions. If Divergences of Darkness HPM is the "HPM" of Divergences then this mod is the "HFM" and does far deeper overhauls in terms of both lore and content.

when you start the game crashes without any error. what could be the problem?
there seems to be an issue where the moment I hit 10k in the bank it all disappears. for a bit it fixed itself but the moment I spent money from an event it went down in 10k intervals a tick from 180k to 0
I think that Kazan should be made a civilized nation from the game's start, as it was not some yet another nomad horde, but a settled country, with its own urban centers, developed trade network and such. So if the Russian principalities are "civilized", then there is no reason to not make Kazan civilized too or at least "partly westernized" (by the way, IRL in the Russian sources the importance of Kazan in the area is showed by calling its Khans Tsars, so officialy Russians called it "Kazan Tsardom". One may argue that they've seen the annexation of Kazan as estabilishing a sort of "personal union" of the "kingdoms" (Kazan, Moscow) under rule of the same Tsar).
tl;dr: Kazan should be made "civilized" country or at least "partly westernized".

Yeah, consider that entire region as being incomplete.
There were a few flaws inherit in the Cossack and Tatar Region which were never sorted out prior to the guy developing it doing his usual disappearing act.
