Now You can refit any ships to any other ship design of the same hull category and not just literally the same hull, at least in Equestria at War. Also it fixes the bug where You couldn't refit ships taken in peace deals. I will probly release the version for Vanilla HoI4 once 1.13 releases, and version for The New Order: Last Days of Europe once Ruin update for it and also compatibility patch for Goering submod releases (because otherwise this submod would make no sense)
