If you overwrite relevant system files with the DX:T files, then rename the two relevant EXEs (so Steam uses the new one) it should work every time? Just a thought...

• Disabled blend anims, head turns mainly, when rubbing eyes or dying.
• Shocked damage can now detonate explosive objects. Prevents electricity hitting explosive barrels creating infinite steam.
• Fixed sewer grate being closed.
• Updated to latest RF to fix deleting non-bool flags.

No, but most of the content for this mod comes from Revision, so it's not needed.
