This is a modification for CRYSIS the modification is heavily based around the events of 9/11 and a great story has been formed however the story will remain on paper unless some modlers coders and animators and mappers stepp forward currently the game is planned for the deus ex engine inside the unreal engine 1 however i realise that that this engine is very old and would be open to using a new engine providing we can get the talent i personally (ultimatemale420) have written the story it is almost complete and therefore some ideas have been set in stone and i think cry engine 2 will be the better option but only if a talented coder or a group of talented coders can code some of deus ex's strong points into cryengine 2 while modlers and animators can make high quality models and animations of chars and wepons ect ect i think this as by the time the mod is completed in development most people would have decent computers to the run the crysis on full on their computers

Hi guys im not too good with Mod updates mainly because i am more focused on Mod work and my own life. As well as all the other team members. However its about 6 weeks since i updated this page and as always regarding mods theres Good news and Bad news. Most mod developers start with the good news and then anger you with the bad. But I'm going to take a different approach, I'm going to sour you with the bad news and cheer you up with the good.

Hi guys im not too good with Mod updates mainly because i am more focused on Mod work and my own life. As well as all the other team members.
However its about 6 weeks since i updated this page and as always regarding mods theres Good news and Bad news. Most mod developers start with the good news and then anger you with the bad. But I'm going to take a different approach, I'm going to sour you with the bad news and cheer you up with the good.

WELL Well well... the bad news is the Source version of the mod has been abbandoned. However this a blessing in disguise as it allows the team to focus on the current and main version the Crysis Version. The reason for the abandonment of the Source version was due to the fact that Source is a pain in the ass to work with. Furthermore it is almost as old Deus Ex itself. Added to that the source engine is really only good for shooting only games, and creating mods in which the gameplay is very similar to half life itself.

Now for the GOOD NEWS!!!!.

The Good news is that during the past 4 weeks the mod team has expanded
YEAHHH!!!! however this does not mean that the team is full. there are still many many available slots in the team left, for those of you who are intrested in giving a helping a hand.
The team has gained around 2 object modelers, a mapper, a coder, and a animator,
the above members have produced work for the mod. other members have joined but have yet to produce work for the mod, they include 2 character artists and a building modler, but im sure they will produce something spectacular in good time.
