Hello,
today is a special day for the whole team. 'Cause we'd like to make it public, that we're working on a Demo of Desolated: The Crying Fate. It'll come out in august 08 and the release of the final will be in december.
Next thing to mention, I changed the the genre from "first person shooter" to "action adventure". The reason for that is, it ain't a first- or a thirdperson shooter, it's both. And the focus is on the story, that you play a character having the adventure of his life. There are also main- same as sidequests to solve, so it feels much like a mix of a firstperson shooter, a thirdpersonshooter, a rpg and an adventure.
About the army I gotta join, therefore I won't be able to post news so if there's anything important MacX will do so. But after those three months I hope I can show you more expressions of the mod.
The story is now half done, my writer TBO is now working on the dialogues for the first part of the mod. Afterwards he'll continue with the writing itself.
