i think its a in store expansion but im not sure man thease races r getting stronger wat ever happend to the good old space marines
It's a mod for Winter assult. However, there is now an expansion called Soul Storm that contains the Dark eldar. So unless your poor, this mod does not need to exist, really.
Or unless you're unhappy with the way that Dark Eldar are implemented in Soulstorm, or you're unhappy with the bugs in the gameplay in Soulstorm. No mod should "not need to exist".

this mod looks lame ss already has the dark eldar!
dc doesn't sure but why not just take the same models out of ss and put them in dc?rather than ******* around with new textures and ****** up looking units.............
No offense, but they are developing units that will actually look a lot better than Soulstorms. They are completely overhauling the old Dark Eldar concept used by Soulstorm, to replace it with a more accurate and fun one.
For instance, if you're a tabletop player this will be great new for you. Or if you just actually like Warhammer 40K.
ZMS mod already include vanilla dark eldars in DC, but I can tell you that playing them with dc gameplay (and without autobuild, the only 'good' thing) is not as good as people hope! So a race created on dc bases must be better than an adapted existing race
