I absolutely fell in love with "Decay Constant" when I got my hands on it. The creator, Hazmat, has done an incredible job creating a creepy and atmospheric Half-Life 2 mod that pulls you into its unique world. Each location is different but all of them have that ethereal creepiness about them that makes you feel uneasy. The musical elements also help contribute to the overall atmosphere, making every scene seem even more unsettling than before. If you're looking for something specific to do in Half-Life 2 then definitely give Decay Constant a try!
