Dead of night consists of both Slayers and Vampires. Both teams will be forced to use their environment and other dynamic game features to create their own style of combat. The mod is aimed to provide scary fast-paced first person shooter action.

Dead of Night has been a little quiet lately. Both the moddb and the forums. We, the team, have been working hard on throwing out some more map pictures, and most of all models. We currently only have one modeler, which himself is having some family-related issues and has been rather un-responsive lately. Thus, we're in BIG need for some modelers. I think our team will be just about complete with one, or two. We have an animator on hand, and ready to animate; along with a skinner to skin. . .

On a side note, we've been in talks with a possible new programmer. Not to say we'll have too many programmers, but we'll have just enough combined to form a programming team that is both experience in C++ along with the Source engine.
With any luck, we'll be able to throw up a few videos of the ingame-code in action (with placeholder models of course)
