Our new coder, Slayers Choice is making excellent progress with the mod. With our previous coder having problems with RL, SC had to jump into the deep end and write the code himself. First up, is our sprint flying. We got a quick clip for you guys to get the feel (7MB, 47 seconds):
Note the hud there was the old one, we have a new hud right here:
SC is also working on getting this ingame as we speak. After this we will be implementing some core things. Class Systems will come first, as well as the basic attacks + signature attacks.
I've also been working hard behind the scenes on the gameplay side of things. I have written up two systems, the melee system and the attributes system. These will fundamentally change the feel of whats norm from dbz mods, and bring more strategy to the mix and offer a fresh hand to hand combat mode! I'm close to finalizing these docs, so watch this space for more insight!
Thanks, and keep watching!
