Yup, for Soulstorm, they include team colouring now that they are in their proper Inquisition faction, but I may have a hard coded version for DC at some point!
Are there more details on the Inquisition faction? Will there also be the Sisters and Deathwatch? And what kind of Inquisitor heroes will there be?
The Inquisition faction is still under development internally - I'm not sure on the status of the faction's design at the moment.
A good idea would be to have some sort of main HQ then from that having the particle units in their own buildings. So you have a say, an Arbites precict and from that you build arbites and so on.

I'm going to be obnoxious, but what's the status on this version of the mod, anywho? Don't get me wrong - those GK's are turning out great! -But alas, I'm not the biggest fan of sparse news updates here.

I've followed this mod for a number of years, go to the FoK forum to get the latest news and the release dates are unknown.
I hardly want them in FoK 3.7! They are awesome!
