It is Leopard with 2 cannons. Maybe a derivation of Leopard 3, or Leopard 4. Its design highly suggests Leopard 2-3 (dont know how 3 look like), and on front view you can see two guns.

reminds me of the TAC tank from crysis..not cuz of the Tac Nukes but cuz of its shape...just saying maybe an M1A2 abrams and leopard 4 combined..plus twin barrels
Looks like the RA1 Heavy Tank - spotted the twin barrels. Could also be a modified T-80 Tank, certainly has a Russian look to it.
