In the alternative timeline, where the Cold War ended with the triumph of the Nationalists. One last battle has be fought. Europe is running out of any possible energy resources, the industry is stagnating and European Union's greatest foe - the union of Eastern European rogue states known as the "Intermarum" has issued an economic blockade on its mighty western neighbor. Too long we have tolerated these hordes making illegal genetic experiments on people and polluting our holy continent with the wastes of their nuclear production. Too long they have polluted the North Pole and refused to disarm. It's time, commander. It's time, commander, to break through their failed regime with our legions of steel and fire.

Tactical nuclear shells will be an upgrade, switchable armament or something? How would they work if so?

It is Leopard with 2 cannons. Maybe a derivation of Leopard 3, or Leopard 4. Its design highly suggests Leopard 2-3 (dont know how 3 look like), and on front view you can see two guns.

Looks like the RA1 Heavy Tank - spotted the twin barrels. Could also be a modified T-80 Tank, certainly has a Russian look to it.

Maybe this is russian insurgents super-unit for a campaign? For example, as low-series tank for field and battle test from captured insurgents bases.

Abwehr reports the spot of a new type of armored fighting vehicle that is going to enter production shortly.
The details are unknown, but some state that the new tank may be comparable to our Leopard-3, while some that no.
