A singleplayer mappack – a whole episode, but almost every map is made by a different mapper (beginners and experienced) without knowing the other maps, with only given entrance and exit areas, so that all the maps could be joined in one big episode.
The beginning made me trust it would be a strict middling. I wasn't mistaken. Maps in the first half were kinda awful. But the situation got better later, and the last ones are pretty awesome, especially Kane's ones.
So, I don't wanna talk about some plot and familiar ****, it's mappack only. You can play it, nevertheless some bugs which are obstacles to walkthrough and absence of obvious, such as buttons that trigger doors in the another corner of map.
Very hit-and-miss mappack.
The maps are mostly well made, the brushwork is decent for the most part, but some maps are extremely cryptic, others have technical problems. In one map you are expected to push buttons to open doors but the creator didn't use the correct texture so you don't know there is a button there. In another map the level_change didn't trigger though it seems to work after reloading my save. The experience starts out fun, takes a nose-dive during the middle and goes up again towards the end.
While there are maps that absolutely worth playing here, I've also seen much better mappacks.
Nostalgia
Good mappack that gets better as you progress especially the last map by Kane.
One map has annoying button hunt and having to use grenades on computer and doors without any hint at all.
Level design for most of them is pretty nice and gameplay is good too.
Doesn't appear to be too popular here, but I enjoyed this map pack. It isn't perfect though, there were some instances of poor map design, but there are also some pretty interesting and creative levels too.

map packs are never a good sign....some i've tryed were broken beyond belief...but this is a decent mod because it challenges the player to think, run, shoot, and live, in custom made maps.
Good map pack
