keeps crashing after the load screens, any suggestions?

my game is updated to the patch 2.1.4 but it crashes during the loading screen when it reaches "creating rivers/boarders" any suggestions?
Desistall everthing and istall again ALL.

I have a legit copy bought through steam and have the same crashing issue. Once I select to play a character it says 'initializing mod' and then crashes to desktop.
Running on correct version for mod compatibility (2.1.4) and no DLC or addons running. Still crashes.

yes its a bug it needs to be updated to current 2.1.6 so we will have to wait a while before the game will work
crashes when i raise my levies
