Description
According to historians, there were quite a few instances of Shermans under German control. These were mostly captured during the Alies' Landing on Normandy campaign. This unit is now available to the Luftwaffe doctrine.

well i believe u should, couse it was mostly common that the axis controlled shermans for easier hiding from aerial recon!
now that what i call a genius...though i didn't think they would ditch their pride on their tanks just to survive a losing war,...
I think this would have been useless since.. they don't have ammo for the tank... and I don't think they can use the rounds from their common AT/AP weapons. I remember they used some French tanks but no shermans.
they used shermans and captured t 34s in yugoslavia agasnt the partisans ;)
They used any weapons they could find, especially later in the war.
what doc can u use to get this???
they used the sherman just to have the element of suprize, because most <75 mm guns could destroy it...germans even called it "tommy cookers"
