I changed purple wearing 80 s gang npc s to blue wearing 80 s gang npc like real life crip gangs. And its working but during gameplay and cutscenes. To install:You need Gotr ( Gentlmen of the row ) mod Extract files to your "_PUT_YOUR_OWN_PERSONAL_MODS_HERE" folder then rebuild patch and enjoy the mod!
