This model actually looks kinda good.
It's a shame that it gets wasted on a troll mod...
its 2 models(hat and player/npc), or about 29 smds in mdl format, the clothes changes, and there will be lods, I'm buffing it up and adding nicer normal/phong textures on top, there is also bags models in smds with this
