the problem first that occured is that ERROR: Too many flexed verts 24133 (10000) , the model has too many polys for this to compile!, I'm not going to get mdlstudio to compile over 10k verts because thats too much anyway, going to have to get the verts under 10k and do it all again!
the vta file was 567 MB!, it seems large
How did you even get it that big lol
