This mod is for player, who can`t wait for Command and Conquer 4. It changes the unitbuilding and tech system.

Description
In the next mod version the dolphin will be buildable. Use it's (improved) secoundary to get into the water and make it usefull.
The secoundary has now double range.
This mod is dead?
