Very nice! Although you may want to avoid using photoshop shapes as logos....
Or at least it looks like a default shape from photoshop.... if not my mistakes

and how do you play a .divx without installing the codec pack?

When you start the install you can deselect the player files and other unneccessary tat leaving you with just the codec. Other than that I don't know.
This is the first mod in a while to grace my modwatch list.
