This is the last update for conflict 2142 mod and all the little problems have been fixed so i hope you still enjoy playing a great mod. If you want to keep your downloaded maps you need to save them before start the instalation otherwise you will loose them.Click on the link and choose "save as..", once downloaded if you have XP then just run the program cf2142.exe. If you have Vista, make sure you have the administrator rights. Plus the installer looks like it's hanging at 33%, but that is normal as it's installing the patch on a temp folder while uninstalling the previous versions.
