You may notice something new in the distance, something that those pesky Westerners have brought onto the field. Is it possible that reinforcements are coming to aid the US Army?

Unless I'm supposed to be looking further back, that's a LVPT7 - an Amphibious Troop Carrier used by the USMC, typically equipped with a HMG or a 40mm Grenade Launcher.
It has both the MK19 grenade launcher and the M2 50 cal.
